Really enjoyed this holiday although I was les than enamoured with hotel. Trips were all worth the journey. I particularly wanted to visit Mostar. Was not disappointed.

Am off to Sicily tomorrow!

Our new brochure was released with the new prices on the 15th of September and the cost of this holiday has increased by £100.

As a general rule of thumb we usually encourage our customers to book holidays earlier to ensure the best prices.

That is really surprising as I recently did the Dubrovnik and Dalmatian Coast trip from Edinburgh flying with Jet2. I and the other five people only paid the brochure price with no other supplements. Can well understand why you feel disgruntled!! I would not pay such a high supplement for a holiday.

I presume you have just returned from the Highlights of Tuscany holiday. Checked the brochure and the additional cost from Manchester seems to be £149. If you did pay an additional £400 then I suggest you pursue this further with Just You as a Jet 2 flight would it account for his price difference.

Hi I wander if you could help, just returned from a trip to Tuscany from Manchester, which was fantastic, but very disappointing for the Manchester group, as when talking to the Gatwick group we actually paid nearly £400.00 more for the same trip, and we paid for meals and drinks on jet 2 and Gatwick had free meals and drinks.  As you can imagine this is quite annoying when you are all on the same trip and staying in the same hotel etc...

Hi karenutd,

Our Commercial Aviation Team contract the main allocation of seat on flights in/out of London while flights from Manchester and other "regional" airports are usually booked on a request basis. Hence the reason of the price different.

With regards to the on-board meals, each airline has their own policy I am afraid and more often than not low cost carriers do not offer complimentary lunch and drinks.
