I have spoken to a colleague who has advised that yes, this is day 3 of the itinerary.

Below is the timings that most Tour Managers work to, but they do sometimes also look at local events and tweak accordingly;

Day 3  - Central Park and fifth Avenue.

Meet at the hotel 0900-0930 for the morning visit to Central Park.

The tour includes a brief stroll in Central Park and a coffee break in a central location. The guide usually completes the tour coming out of Central Park onto Fifth Avenue with a little break at Trump Tower before they begin their 5th Ave walk. The guide returns to the hotel with anyone who does not want to do 5th Avenue walk while Tour Manager continues with those who do.

If you have an idea of when you will finish the race you will be able to liaise with the Tour Manager to see if you can meet up with the group and continue with the excursion.

I am booked on this trip in October and as I am keen runner I wanted to do a run in Central Park

I have since found a run taking place at 8.30 in the morning on Sunday 30th which I have now booked.

This is think is the 3rd day and the excursion for that day includes Central Park 

Do you know what time the excursion is planned for as I may need to join in with them later in the morning after the run
