We would always recommend that you err on the side of caution and leave plenty of time to arrive (just in case there are any traffic issues which cause a delay). As it is an early morning flight 2.5hrs should be fine.

I have booked the trip to Moscow on 7th October.  Could you tell me how long I need to allow for check in at Heathrow, I can't decide whether it is 2hrs or 3hrs.
