Were you trying to get through to our customer service centre? Our service centre is open Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm and Saturday – 9am to 5.30pm

It is our sales lines that are open Monday-Friday 9am-8pm; Saturday 9am-5.30pm; Sunday 10am-4pm.

Why when I ring after six o'clock does the message say that the office is closed but then precedes to say the office is open between 9am until 8pm.
