Thank you for getting back to me.

Best wishes, Julia

I did this tour in October and although these times look at bit scary we only had one day that was purely travelling to a destination. The rest were days where there were many stops at really interesting places. Cuba is a big island and in order to see it all unfortunately you need to spend time in the coach. This was an amazing holiday and I would definitely recommend it despite the travelling required.
Hi Julia,

I have spoken with my colleague who has advised me of the following......

Holguin to Guardalavaca: Approx 1 hour

Sierra Maestra Mountains to Santiago de Cuba: Approx 3 hours

How long is the drive to the Camaguey area: This day with stops is approx. 9 ½ hours

And if you could give me a rough idea on the duration of the other drives on the tour I would be very grateful. Camaguey to Trinidad with stop for lunch and stop in Sancti Spritus approx 5 hours.

Cienfuegos to Vinales approx. 9 ½ hours with stops.

Have a wonderful New Year,

Julia

Hi there

I was wondering if you could give me a guide to the length of time the journeys between destinations take. I've just been on the Spirit of India tour (which was amazing) and one of the travel days was 2 1/2 hours on a train followed by a 6 hour coach drive, so I would like to be better prepared before deciding to book your Cuba tour.

So for example how long is the transfer from Holguin on day 4 to Guardalavaca?

How long is the scenic drive through the Sierra Maestra Mountains to Santiago de Cuba?

How long is the drive to the Camaguey area. I realise there are stop-offs on this part of the trip.

And if you could give me a rough idea on the duration of the other drives on the tour I would be very grateful.

Hope my query makes sense!

Many thanks, Julia
