Thanks for getting in touch, I am pleased to tell you Tour Manager is a lovely lady called Lorenza Berrini. There will be a Just You rep at Gatwick yes, Lorenza will meet you on arrival at Halkidiki.

Excursions are ideally to be paid in resort in Sterling yes,
