Don't panic just yet, you will be fine what Ben say's is correct I have done 8 JY tours sometimes the rep starts with you other times they meet you at the destination. Look out for the JY luggage labels and if you see one introduce yourself, once you make the first move it is fine, and some one has to start a conversation. Also the rep at check in if your there in plenty of time, you might be able to stand with them till another JY person goes through then you can tag along and go through customs together. Have fun, I have been to Prague but not Vienna or Budapest, I loved Prague the history and architecture, stunning.
