I do hope you enjoy your trip despite it being such a large group. Sri Lanka is on my radar, but I honestly would not wish to travel with such a large Group

I am so upset about the rising numbers on this trip, there are now 33 booked on it. I was offered a credit to be spent in the next twelve months should I choose not to go to.

However the credit would have been for £3,200 and I would have then been under pressure to spend this amount of money whether is suited me or not.

Dates in my diary are also geared to this holiday and it would be a hassle to change things around and so I have decided to travel.

I am saddened this has happened, and in future will want more assurances from which ever company I book with, and judging by the comments entitled 'Complaints' above mine I really do think JY should take a good look at things as other companys really are becoming stiff competition.

I have emailed our Customer Care team and I understand that they have spoken to you about the group size increase to 33 travellers and have said that it is up to you with regards to the decision that you wish to make.

Last week it was still 30, however after I had paid my balance this morning and asked if the tour was now full I was told it had been extended to 33 travelers.

I am furious at this news, it makes any group too unwieldy or at least for me and I would possibly have gone with one of your competitors had I been told in the beginning the group number could possibly be extended.

I have been on about 12 holidays with JY but in future I might not be so loyal as other companies really are stiff competition for JY

I would like to know how when your customers have been told one thing you go back on your word and it's now something else.
