I did the Spirit of India tour in late September/early October and the weather was warm and sunny for the entire holiday. Can thoroughly recommend this tour. The highlights for me were seeing the Taj Mahal at dawn and sailing on the Ganges at sunrise and sunset.

Last year, there was 1mm of rainfall in Delhi between the 14th and 25th September and that came on one day. From historic averages, at the start of your trip there is a 25% chance of rain, but by the end this has fallen to 20%.

Sadly, the weather is an uncontrollable and unpredictable force. I would urge you not to be put off by the threat of bad weather. There are beautiful places in this world and some of them simply sparkle after some rainfall.

It depends on which date you are looking at to answer how many are already booked. But, I can tell you that we can take up to 30 travellers on each date.

November falls in the summer season - weather is warmer and more people are travelling to the destination whereas in September, the rainy season is ending and it is the start of the summer, costs are lower and we are able to pass on savings to our customers.
