The final deposit is only 4 and a bit weeks away, and I am getting slightly nervous about this tour getting the green light, but there are 11 of us, I think, booked on this trip, so hopefully it will go ahead - the first time ever I have been able to fly from Glasgow for a JY holiday!

A decision sooner rather than later, would be gratefully received!

There isn't an easy answer to that one to be honest.... We try to keep it as consistent as possible however it depends on the tour and the contracts with each of the individual suppliers within that tour (such as the hotels and those operating the excursions).

I am happy to help you- There are currently 8 travellers booked on this tour and the group is made up of 1 gentleman and 7 women.

The age ranges from late-40s to late-70s.

A tour manager has not yet been allocated to this tour as it is still very early.

This tour hasn't been given the green light but you should give it some more time.

A belated Happy New Year to all at JY!

I went on the corresponding TS tour ("Tibet & the search for Shangri-La") last October, and both this and the September departure were cleared to go with eight participants - as it turned out, an ideal number, and the tour was very successful.

I was wondering whether there are different criteria for JY tours?
