Thanks for the information. I will probably decide on the 27th August departure to be on the safe side. I don’t like cold and wet weather when I go on holiday. It looks a really nice and relaxing holiday and lots to see and do as well.

Regards

Hi I have been looking at the new holiday The Shores of Cape Cod and in particular, the 15th October departure. I was wondering what sort of temperature it would be and whether it would be very cold. Has anyone been to this part of America at this time? I have only been to the deep south and California in October so I'm not sure whether this date would be suitable.

Many Thanks

Hi Dawn

I was in New England last year early October. It wasn't too warm and you definitely needed a lightweight jacket/coat much of the time. Also don't want to dampen your enthusiasm because undoubtedly Cape Cod is a lovely area but unfortunately on the day we visited the rain was absolutely dreadful virtually all day and whatever type of clothing anyone had I think we all got thoroughly drenched which rather spoilt things. I'm sure that was probably exceptional but do go prepared.

Best Wishes Sue

Hi Dawn

Weather is becoming more and more unpredictable however, historic averages for this area show highs of around 16 degrees and lows of around 7degrees. Pleasant, but not too hot and not too cold. We'd always recommend that should you go on to book you pack a lightweight anorak in case of the odd shower.

Kindest regards

Julia
