I have been advised that our customer were at their hotel at the time of the explosion and all travellers in the group are accounted for. The group have continued with their optional excursion of the Bosporus River and the Asian part of Istanbul and will depart Istanbul as planned tomorrow to Cannakale.

I've called and tweeted but I don't have access to your 24hour number. 

Can some please confirm whether or not the group has been effected and the there are suitable precautious in place for the remainder of the trip.
