There is a Just You Rep at all UK airports, they usually hang around the check-in desk so keep a look out for someone hovering around with a Just You clipboard.

If you have checked in online I would recommend printing off your boarding pass, especially because getting your iPad out every time your boarding pass needs to be checked, may be a little troublesome.

Is there anyone at the airport to meet us on this trip. So basically what happens when I get to the airport.  Do I need to print of my e ticket or can I show this via by iPad
