Thank you Joybelle for your comments. Have just checked the BA website and their timing is the same as Just You. Still a pain though as it means I have to drive as the coach and train means we have to go via London and early in the morning. Will now book car parking ;)

I have had a letter giving the correct flight times which I knew

already as I had been on Monarch`s web site, their flight times

have been correct for months. I should not have had to check

with Monarch, JY should have given the correct times.

I am awaiting for a further set of final documents to be sent as stated

in the letter.

I am so sorry you feel this way. It was completely our fault as our systems did not link correctly. Can I ask whether we had sent you a letter explaining this and if we resent the final information?

It is important to remember that we always state that flight times can change, but we accept that this is an error our side.

Hi Jan,

Your flight time is still liable to change, and you will receive the exact times and details in your final documents. But, I'm afraid we are at the mercy of the airline, so if British Airways decides to change their flight times, there is nothing that we can do unfortunately.

The check-in desk opens 3 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure - so it's really up to you and how long you would like to wait at the airport before you fly. Just please leave enough time to check-in otherwise they will not allow you to check-in and that would be an awful start and end to your holiday.

Trying to work out best way of getting to Gatwick for 8th October and the Flavour of Tuscany Tour. As I am with my sister Jen, we can get there by coach, train or car. The train and coach arrive roughly at 09.30, costing about the same. The plane leaves at 11.25 for Pisa. My questions are, is this the exact time of the flight or is it still liable to change and how long do we have to be at the airport before the flight?

Seven weeks to go and I am getting very excited :)
