There are 24 of you booked on this date and the make-up of the group is 6 men and 18 women with ages from mid-40s through to mid-80s.
In terms of money; The currency in Croatia is the Kuna (HRK), which is widely available in the UK. You will also be able to exchange Sterling when in Croatia. We'd recommend that you inform your bank/card company of your trip, in order to avoid any problems when withdrawing cash from ATM’s; as a security method on your behalf, banks occasionally stop withdrawals in the event that they are being used fraudulently abroad. The Tour Manager will be able to advise on places to withdraw currency and I would suggest carrying some currency with you for smaller shops/cafes that may not accept a card.
For the optional excursions, these will need to be paid in local currency.
Kindest regards,
Julia
A couple of questions please...
How many people are going on this holiday and what is the make up of the group?
Money
I have a credit card for oversees travel (recommended by a popular moneysaving website!) Do you think that will do and then I can take out money when I arrive? and if I decide to go on excursions can I pay with the credit card or do I need to pay in kuna?
thanks
