I have also done a bit of reading round. Last week read about the Ballestas Islands. Sounds great as long as I am not seasick. Saw pics of the boats. Apparently if you sit at the back of the boat it is the roughest and you get most wet BUT the best photo opportunities.
Interesting to find out more about Cusco, Dave. BUT I won't be taking running shoes, I might just have to walk really fast, when needed LOL.

I should be in my bed as up at 3am! I went online tonight and have boarding passes all the way through to Lima. It was real easy. Thanks to Julia for giving me the code to allow me to do this.

Just realised the plane you go to Peru in, I'll probably be on the same one to go home! (not being a jungle person). I could pass you at the airport!

Thanks for your reply. Haven't actually requested a window seat so not sure where that has come from. Haven't made any special requests to my knowledge. My preference is always for an aisle seat. Would be grateful if you could pass that on to the team to amend if possible please.

For your international flights you will be able to check in online, your PNR will be included in your final documents.

In the meantime, I understand the team have allocated you a window seat as requested but I must stress that this cannot be 100% guaranteed until you check in.

good idea regarding looking out for fellow travellers at Amsterdam, hadn't thought of that one, perhaps Julia can tell us how many of our party are going through Amsterdam? see how many we can catch , love your piece about the Ballestas islands, looks like we'll both be getting wet then lol
