It is a shame that it showed that there were two places available on your website as clearly that is not strictly the case. It's not until you "book" that you get told that there may be availability, you have to pay £100 and there is no guarantee of the holiday being available.
Hi KEB,

I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated - I thought I would shed a bit more light on the situation.

There is a certain point before a holiday departs that we have to "give back" any unsold flight seats and hotel rooms and the holiday goes into a "request" status.

When this happens, a customer is able to make a provisional booking with a deposit (in this case £100) and our sales team will endeavour to source the flights and hotels as per the rest of the group. There may be additional supplements and you reserve the right to cancel your provisional booking for a full refund of your deposit.

The 5-7 days you were quoted is the maximum time we'd come back to you in and is subject to our suppliers providing us with information in a timely fashion. We do try to contact our customers quicker than this.

Kindest regards,

Julia

It does say 2 places available on this trip but clearly this is not the case. Very frustrating.

I have just been emailed by your company to say that there is no space on that holiday even though it showed there was last night. It will take your office 7 days to find additional hotel space and flights which is a little strange seeing the holiday starts next Monday and you need a £100 deposit to undertake looking.. Oh well, back to the drawing board .

Hi KEA,

You then need to obtain an ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling to the US - so there is still time to get this organised.

Please note: You must have an e-passport or machine readable passport to travel to the US.

Good evening. I am a newbie and was interested in the holiday to the USA holiday -flying to San Fran 3/3/2014 and Las Vegas. Is it too late to organise a Visa or can this be organised last minute?

Many thanks
