Hi Tim

I have received an email from a company called four.bgb who say they work with Just You on publicity, They ask if I would like to talk about my recent holiday for an article in the Mail on Sunday.

Could you let me know whether this is for real or not...?!

Many thanks

Sylvia

Hi Julia and/or Tim

Nothing came of this as far as I am concerned!

Tim - when I referred to personal details earlier, I meant my email address which I consider to be personal details. Where did four.bgb get this from if not JY?

Sylvia

Hi Sylvia - apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Having looked into this, I can confirm that Four bgb have contacted selected customers as advised by Just You. They are a communications agency we are working closely with in relation to promotional activity.

Thanks,

Tim

OK Tim, thanks. I'd forgotten about this!

Mick - I've signed up too.

Tim -Thanks for your reply to my (and others') queries. I must admit to being slightly surprised that JY is giving out personal details of its customers to third parties what with data protection and all that....

Mick - I'm still pondering the four.bgb email. What about you? Shall we go for it?

Sylvia

Hi Sylvia,

Yes was pondering myself but going to go for it and see whats required.

Mick

Feefo is legitimate. It's an independent customer review and feedback system.

I got that too but I was surprised you use them. There is no indication on your web page, and that is what feefo is all about. You have a 95% customer satisfaction rating on your service, you should scream about it.

Hi, we are currently working on integrating Feefo reviews on to our website - we just wanted to gather a sufficient number of reviews first.

Thanks,

Tim

Hi Sylvia, we are not passing customer details on to Feefo, we are using the Feefo system to gather customer feedback and reviews - all of which remain completely anonymous.

Thanks,

Tim
