Oh dear Ben, what a loss to JY.  It was your knowledge and immense helpfulness that gave me confidence to book my first ever JY holiday.  I leave for it in about 10 days time.  If your successor is half as good, we shall be in good hands.

However, good luck in your new venture.  JY's loss is someone else's gain.
