Hi Sue

Yes, there will be some free time too so you would have the chance to see the Minster in more detail. I expect some of the others in your group would want to see it too. Your tour manager will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Kind regards

Hello Sue

I did this weekend in 2009. On the day trip to York we met a guide for a walking tour of the city centre. It lasted for about 2 and a half hours and then the rest of the time was yours to do as you wish.

Hope this helps.

Hi Both

Thank you for your responses, just one more question, does this mean that once you have done the walking tour you would then go to for example York Minster inside afterwards as this would not be part of the tour, and if so is this helped to be organised by the Tour

Hi Sue

Your question stops abruptly but I think I can guess what you wanted to know!

Your tour manager will accompany you on the excursion on our Discovery Weekends.

Let me know if it was a different question.

Kind regards
