Thanks Olly but this was not obvious as a further form had been supplied stating "Since your holiday involves, etc.etc." It looked, may be I am being thick, as if I needed to return this. Must admit the emergency contact details are not shown either but were on the previous one. Again, many thanks.

I've just been told that although you have supplied your insurance details, your insurance is not with us so won't be confirmed on the forms.

So don't worry that it isn't showing on your documents. As long as everything is in order with your insurer, you will be fine.

In a way I am glad I am not the only one but if postage continues to go up as it is doing, what are we going to do?

The first time I sent the info I also included my next of kin - this was added! I just cannot understand why the insurance was missed.
