I'm sorry to hear that. I don't think you can transfer your deposit in that way. However, you may be able to claim your deposit back on your travel insurance, if you have it.

Having paid a deposit on a holiday and due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to go on that date . Is it possible to use this deposit on another holiday ?
