Don't worry too much about the transfer. It will just be a case of getting off one plane and looking at the departure board to find the right gate for your connection. Remember that you will have met some of your group by then, too. An airport rep will be at Heathrow to help you check in and meet some of the others, and you'll probably be sitting in a group on the plane. I'm sure there will be a few experienced flyers in there to help you make your connection.

I know this is going to sound silly, but I am off to Apulia on the 11th September and for the first time for me this will be a stop over via Milan outbound and back via Berlin. I am feeling very stressed by this and was wondering if there will be a member of 'Just You' at the airports to assist with the transfers?
